Do I need to install Bloodline Chronicles to play on a Bloodline Chronicles server?
No. The server runs the mod; you can join with normal Minecraft 26.3.
I lost my Chronicle.
Type /bloodline chronicle for a new copy. It always shows your family's latest state.
My duty didn't count.
Duties that say craft need a crafting table: taking items from the creative inventory doesn't count. Duties that say place or slay count however you got the item.
Why do my children have only one trait?
Your character lived less than one Minecraft day (the Brief), so they passed nothing on. Let your characters live longer.
What happens to my items when I die?
They drop where you died, as usual, except heirlooms and the Chronicle, which stay with you. Your heir's "Where … fell" duty points back to them.
Why can't I start the next act?
The next act begins when a new generation takes over and the house has enough renown. The Chronicle's Objective page tells you which one is missing.
The Sacrifice button says it isn't possible.
Click it anyway: chat lists exactly what is missing (an act, the night, the full moon or the place). The button is at the top of the Sacrifice page; use the contents page to get there.
Is my family saved when I log out?
Yes. The server stores every family in the world's save, linked to your Minecraft account, which never changes, even if you change your name. Families belong to that world: another world or server has its own. (On "offline-mode" servers, which skip Mojang's login check, families follow the player's name instead.)
Can I play on Peaceful?
Yes, but champions, the restless dead and the Barrow-Lord never appear on Peaceful, because the game removes hostile creatures at once. Quests that need them simply wait, with a short note, until you raise the difficulty. Goals that ask you to slay monsters also wait until monsters can spawn.
